During the beta

Everyone in the beta gets the Free plan’s limits and pays nothing:

  • the full planned day: meals, water, breaks and the wind-down, routed around your meetings;
  • email check-ins, calendar sync, the Today dashboard, the MCP server and the CLI;
  • 25 AI requests a day for the agent, “I’m hungry” and meal swaps;
  • no card on file and no charges.

Invites go out in small batches from the waitlist.

Founding price

Free during the beta. Pro will be $8/mo. Beta users who reserve keep $5/mo for life. We’ll give 30 days’ notice before billing starts, and nothing is charged until you choose to subscribe.

Reserve it from Billing in your dashboard. Reserving records your choice and nothing else.

Pricing questions

Is Cronch free right now?

Yes. Everything is free during the private beta, with the Free plan’s 25 AI requests a day. There is no card to enter and nothing is charged.

When do paid plans start?

There is no date yet. Paid plans start after the beta, and you get 30 days’ notice before billing starts. Nothing is charged until you choose to subscribe.

What counts as an AI request?

A message to the agent, an “I’m hungry” suggestion or a meal swap. Planning the day, pings, marking things done and the MCP tools that only read or update your plan don’t count.

What happens to the Free plan after the beta?

It stays $0: meals, water and breaks planned around your day, calendar sync, email check-ins, order searches and 25 AI requests a day.

How does Teams work?

Teams is Pro for every seat on one invoice, at $6 per seat a month with a minimum of 2 seats.
