# Talk to the people who build Cronch. One address for everything.

## How do I contact Cronch?

Email support@cronch.io. One address covers support, account and privacy requests, security reports, press and partnerships. If it is about your account, write from the email you signed up with. Deleting your account, revoking tokens and stopping email check-ins you can do yourself from the dashboard.

## What to send

- **Help with Cronch**: What you were doing, what you expected and what happened. Write from the email on your Cronch account. [Email us](mailto:support@cronch.io?subject=Help)
- **Privacy and your data**: The email on your account and whether you want a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. [Email us](mailto:support@cronch.io?subject=Privacy%20request)
- **Security reports**: The steps to reproduce it and what an attacker could do. Please don’t access other people’s data or publish details before we have fixed it. [Email us](mailto:support@cronch.io?subject=Security)
- **Press and partnerships**: Who you are, what you are working on and your deadline. [Email us](mailto:support@cronch.io?subject=Press)
- **Developers and AI directories**: Your app or directory and what you need. Reviewers who list MCP servers can ask for a demo account. [Email us](mailto:support@cronch.io?subject=Developers)

## Things you can do yourself

- **Delete your account** and everything tied to it from Settings in your dashboard.
- **Revoke a token or a connected app** like ChatGPT or Claude from Apps & MCP.
- **Stop email check-ins** with the unsubscribe link in any check-in email, or turn them off under Plan in your dashboard.
- **Check the answers first** in the [FAQ](https://cronch.io/faq), or read how Cronch handles data in the [privacy policy](https://cronch.io/privacy).

## Waiting for an invite?

Cronch is in private beta and invites go out in small batches. You get one email when your spot is ready. If you joined from the [waitlist](https://cronch.io/#join), your referral link moves you up: each friend who joins moves you up 10 spots, and with three friends your invite goes out today.

## Building with Cronch?

The [developer docs](https://cronch.io/docs) cover the REST API, OAuth scopes and the sandbox, which you can call without an account. To connect an AI app, see [Apps & MCP](https://cronch.io/mcp).
